Top conference centre with over 190 rooms in Buckinghamshire seeks a confident, bubbly and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager with a good hospitality background. You will need to e a strong individual with experience in training and development of staff. You will be involved in supervising their 3 busy restaurants, upto 120 covers. You will oversee and help in the running of large banquets, weddings and events, ensuring high standards are maintained. Team leading skills required to oversee upto 30 staff.
